1. Acceptance

These Terms apply to File Manager (the "app") and this website, published by Sigarda, Surabaya, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control. You may not sell, rent or redistribute modified copies of the app, or remove its notices. The app's name, logo and design belong to Sigarda. Open-source components are used under their own licences (for example, the Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono fonts under the SIL Open Font License).

3. Your files and responsibility

Your files remain yours; we claim no rights over them and do not receive them. File Manager can copy, move, overwrite and permanently delete files at your request. The app includes safeguards — a Recycle Bin, confirmations before permanent deletion, md5 verification before moving files — but you are responsible for the actions you confirm and for keeping backups of important data.

4. Google Drive and other services

When you connect Google Drive, a remote server or another service, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms (for Google, the Google Terms of Service and the Google Drive Additional Terms). You must have the right to access every account and server you connect. We are not responsible for the availability, storage limits or policies of third-party services. Google Drive is a trademark of Google LLC; File Manager is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

5. Cloud Pool

Cloud Pool lets you use several Google accounts that you lawfully own or are authorised to use as one storage space. Please note:

• Each account remains subject to Google's terms and storage quota. Cloud Pool does not give you extra storage from Google; it only places your files in the accounts you connect. Do not create accounts in bulk or in other ways that violate Google's terms.
• A file split across several accounts (.fmpart pieces and a .fmpool manifest) can only be joined back if every account holding a piece is still available. If you lose access to one of them, that file may become unrecoverable. Keep important files in a single account or keep another backup.

6. Vault

Vault files are encrypted with a key protected by your PIN. We never receive your PIN or keys. If you forget your PIN, or delete the hidden .fm_vault folder, your Vault files cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to: access files, devices, accounts or servers without permission; store or share content that is illegal or infringes others' rights; distribute malware; or interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the services the app connects to, except as allowed by law.

8. Price and advertising

The app is currently free and supported by ads from Google AdMob, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; nothing will be charged without your clear confirmation through the app store.

9. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, storage medium or server.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigarda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the previous twelve months (if any). Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and revoking any Google access. We may stop providing or updating the app. Sections 3, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after termination.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved amicably; failing that, they will be settled by the competent courts in Surabaya, Indonesia, unless mandatory law in your country provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Persetujuan

Ketentuan ini berlaku untuk File Manager ("aplikasi") dan situs ini, yang diterbitkan oleh Sigarda, Surabaya, Indonesia ("kami"). Dengan memasang atau memakai aplikasi, Anda menyetujui Ketentuan ini dan Kebijakan Privasi kami. Jika tidak setuju, jangan gunakan aplikasi.

2. Lisensi

Kami memberi Anda lisensi pribadi, non-eksklusif, tidak dapat dialihkan, dan dapat dicabut untuk memasang dan memakai aplikasi di perangkat yang Anda miliki atau kendalikan. Anda tidak boleh menjual, menyewakan, atau menyebarkan salinan aplikasi yang dimodifikasi, atau menghapus pemberitahuannya. Nama, logo, dan desain aplikasi milik Sigarda. Komponen open-source dipakai berdasarkan lisensinya masing-masing (misalnya font Plus Jakarta Sans dan JetBrains Mono di bawah SIL Open Font License).

3. File Anda dan tanggung jawab

File Anda tetap milik Anda; kami tidak mengklaim hak apa pun atasnya dan tidak menerimanya. File Manager dapat menyalin, memindah, menimpa, dan menghapus permanen file atas permintaan Anda. Aplikasi memiliki pengaman — Sampah, konfirmasi sebelum hapus permanen, verifikasi md5 sebelum memindah file — tetapi Anda bertanggung jawab atas tindakan yang Anda konfirmasi dan atas cadangan data penting Anda.

4. Google Drive dan layanan lain

Saat Anda menghubungkan Google Drive, server remote, atau layanan lain, penggunaan layanan itu juga tunduk pada ketentuannya sendiri (untuk Google: Persyaratan Layanan Google dan Persyaratan Tambahan Google Drive). Anda harus berhak mengakses setiap akun dan server yang Anda hubungkan. Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas ketersediaan, batas penyimpanan, atau kebijakan layanan pihak ketiga. Google Drive adalah merek dagang Google LLC; File Manager tidak berafiliasi dengan atau didukung oleh Google.

5. Cloud Pool

Cloud Pool memungkinkan Anda memakai beberapa akun Google yang sah Anda miliki atau berwenang Anda pakai sebagai satu ruang penyimpanan. Perhatikan:

• Setiap akun tetap tunduk pada ketentuan dan kuota penyimpanan Google. Cloud Pool tidak memberi Anda penyimpanan tambahan dari Google; ia hanya menaruh file Anda di akun yang Anda hubungkan. Jangan membuat akun secara massal atau dengan cara lain yang melanggar ketentuan Google.
• File yang dipecah ke beberapa akun (potongan .fmpart dan manifest .fmpool) hanya dapat digabung kembali bila semua akun yang menyimpan potongannya masih tersedia. Jika Anda kehilangan akses ke salah satunya, file itu bisa tidak dapat dipulihkan. Simpan file penting di satu akun atau buat cadangan lain.

6. Brankas

File Brankas dienkripsi dengan kunci yang dilindungi PIN Anda. Kami tidak pernah menerima PIN atau kunci Anda. Jika Anda lupa PIN, atau menghapus folder tersembunyi .fm_vault, file Brankas tidak dapat dipulihkan oleh siapa pun, termasuk kami.

7. Penggunaan yang wajar

Anda setuju untuk tidak memakai aplikasi untuk: mengakses file, perangkat, akun, atau server tanpa izin; menyimpan atau membagikan konten yang melanggar hukum atau hak orang lain; menyebarkan malware; atau mengganggu, membebani, atau merekayasa balik layanan yang dihubungkan aplikasi, kecuali sejauh diizinkan hukum.

8. Harga dan iklan

Aplikasi saat ini gratis dan didukung iklan dari Google AdMob, seperti dijelaskan di Kebijakan Privasi. Kami dapat menambahkan fitur berbayar opsional di masa depan; tidak ada biaya yang ditagih tanpa konfirmasi jelas dari Anda melalui toko aplikasi.

9. Tanpa jaminan

Aplikasi disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" dan "sebagaimana tersedia". Sejauh diizinkan hukum, kami menyangkal semua jaminan, tersurat maupun tersirat, termasuk kelayakan untuk diperdagangkan, kesesuaian untuk tujuan tertentu, dan tidak melanggar hak pihak lain. Kami tidak menjamin aplikasi bebas galat, tanpa gangguan, atau kompatibel dengan semua perangkat, media penyimpanan, atau server.

10. Batas tanggung jawab

Sejauh diizinkan hukum, Sigarda tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, insidental, khusus, atau konsekuensial, maupun atas hilangnya data, keuntungan, atau reputasi, yang timbul dari penggunaan atau ketidakmampuan memakai aplikasi, meskipun telah diberi tahu kemungkinannya. Bila tanggung jawab tidak dapat dikecualikan, total tanggung jawab kami terbatas pada jumlah yang Anda bayarkan kepada kami untuk aplikasi dalam dua belas bulan terakhir (jika ada). Tidak ada dalam Ketentuan ini yang membatasi hak Anda menurut hukum perlindungan konsumen yang tidak dapat dikesampingkan.

11. Pengakhiran

Anda dapat berhenti memakai aplikasi kapan saja dengan mencopotnya dan mencabut akses Google. Kami dapat berhenti menyediakan atau memperbarui aplikasi. Bagian 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, dan 12 tetap berlaku setelah pengakhiran.

12. Hukum yang berlaku

Ketentuan ini diatur oleh hukum Republik Indonesia. Sengketa diselesaikan lebih dulu secara musyawarah; bila gagal, diselesaikan di pengadilan yang berwenang di Surabaya, Indonesia, kecuali hukum wajib di negara Anda menentukan lain.

13. Perubahan

Kami dapat memperbarui Ketentuan ini. Tanggal berlaku di atas menunjukkan versi terbaru. Terus memakai aplikasi setelah perubahan berarti Anda menerima Ketentuan yang diperbarui.
